About The Event
Together we’ll move through a journey from gross to subtle with the intention of reclaiming and then resting in our essential nature, ever pure and complete.
Our evening will include:
- Very subtle movement to release tension & awaken the pranic experience
- Centring breath practice & contemplative meditation to expand awareness and receive deeper insights
- Kirtan ~ devotional chanting as a way to clear the breath, quiet the mind and awaken the intuitive heart
- Guided relaxation with crystal sound bowls so that we may finally rest, integrating the totality of our experience with a remembrance of all that we are behind & amongst life’s rush
