Food will be lovingly catered by Monique Thissen, a trained chef & yoga teacher who has done studies in Ayurveda and will prepare homely meals, organic where possible , following a seasonal rhythm and diet principles from Ayurveda.
Get replenished by the natural beauty of the Cotswold, spending time in nature, walking bare-feet on the garden that stretches from the house all the way to the peaceful lake. The lake is the perfect place to try out wild swimming, paddle boarding and/or boat rowing (at your own risk). If you love walking then you don’t have to go far as the walk path is just outside our gate. This retreat is intentionally created to bring about self-knowledge, a deeper sense of embodiment, mindfulness, empowerment and well-being.
A rural retreat perfect to make you feel at home, a stunning setting, a house with a pool table, piano, board games, an assortment of books and cosy nights in by the fire in the lounge area.

Testimonials From Past Retreats
"The retreat was perfect, was enough yoga time but mixed with personal time during the day. The restorative meditation was the best and so so so needed. Never knew I needed it so much until I was there. Thank you Amor for being amazing in every way. Your presence and style of teaching suited the settings and everything was perfect.” Lucy
“I found the retreat on google and came from the US. I didn’t know what to expect considering I didn’t know anyone else going and had never taken one of Amor’s classes. Anyway, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had! I loved Amor’s yoga classes. She offers an all levels class that can be accessible to anyone but still challenging. I was transformed during her Yin and Yoga nidra sessions and was moved by her words of wisdom. My favorite part was doing rooftop yoga overlooking the sun setting over the sea. I also attended a hiking excursion and paddle boarding and left feeling enriched, relaxed, and peaceful. Thank you for this experience!!” Alissa
“Beautiful group of souls together to improve practice, focus on relaxation and wellbeing and be guided by a beautiful and insightful teacher in surroundings that were totally conducive to a yoga retreat.”
