
Ingredients: (4 serves)

- 2 ripe avocados
- 2 ripe bananas
- 3 or 4 tbsp of cocoa powder
- 2 or tbsp of agave nectar
- 3 pitted dates
- 30 grams of chia seeds
- 1 tbsp of coconut oil
Method:
Add chia seeds to a bowl with 100 ml of water approximately and stir. Let this sit for at least 30 minutes and add more liquid if needed. Add all of the other ingredients (shown in photo) to the blender including the chia seeds when they are ready (gooey). Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Check its sweetness and either add more agave or cocoa if needed, I personally loved it only with 3 tbsp of cocoa but if you have a really love chocolate you might add one or two more =)
Finally add mixture to individual dessert glasses. Leave in the fridge for at least half an hour to cool it down =) Enjoy!
