" After practicing yoga for years, I finally took the plunge in 2021 and took my teacher training with Amor, qualifying in 2022. It's hard to describe how truly life changing taking this training was for me. During the training I was the fittest I think I've ever been!! But it's so much more than just that - it's given me the confidence to do things I never thought I could. Amor puts her heart and soul into the training and I've learnt so much from her and it's also given me a thirst to learn even more. I went on to take Amor's Yin training last year which was also incredible. If you're considering taking a YTTC with Amor, I'd just say do it - see for yourself how much strength (mentally & physically), confidence, resilience, depth and knowledge you gain. Can't thank you enough Amor :)"

"I have now taken 2 teacher trainings with Amor (200hr Vinyasa YTT and Yin YTT) and I can say she is simply one of the best teachers you could ever learn from.  Amor creates a safe and professional learning environment, using different presentation and teaching styles which results in the perfect mix of practical and theoretical lessons.  Amor’s 200hr YTT syllabus is well thought out and gives the best mix of history, philosophy, anatomy, practical hands on teaching and sequencing; it is a great course to provide the foundations of your yoga teacher journey.  If you have the opportunity to not only take a class but train and learn with Amor - do it! FAQ

Are payment plans available?

Yes! Finances should never be the limiting factor when embarking on a journey that you are passionate about. Course fees are due in full 20 days before the start of a training course or at least 50% of it. Contact me at info@yogabasingstoke.com if you would like to discuss a payment plan that suits your individual needs.

Am I good enough/flexible enough/too old/too young?

Yoga Teacher Training is for anyone with a regular practice of at least 2 years under the guidance of a certified/recognised yoga teacher. The training will provide the basis for a safe, life-long practice and being flexible/strong/fit/ able to to do all the postures is not a requirement, however keep in mind that vinyasa flow is a demanding practice so it is best suited for those who are active and don't have mayor/serious mobility restrictions.

Do I need to be interested in teaching?

This program will qualify you to be an inspiring, safe and effective teacher. However, you can enrol solely for your own personal development in case you're not interested in becoming a teacher. The tools you learn during this program will enable you to gain greater understanding from your yoga practice, mind, breath and your life.
