YOUtopia is an ideal place or state where you slow down enough to feel more fully alive, to experience your breath and body as a faithful vehicle that is able to access ease, relaxation and enhanced well-being. A place where there's no bypassing of emotions but rather were thoughts and emotions can be integrated, assimilated and digested; serving as catalysts for new ways of being.

This reTREAT is a time to deliberately unplug, reset and recharge in order to (re)connect to wellness, ease and nurturance in the ideal and fertile grounds of BEing. A weekend spent in the heart chakra of the world, enriched with a special energy that gave birth to stories of magic, wisdom and strength. Join and experience being held by the power of yogic practices aimed to support relaxation, freedom, connectedness, peace and ease.
An opportunity for deep nourishment in all levels of Being. Creating balance in your yoga practice with its yin and yang aspects which are essential for homeostasis. You will be feeding your body with life giving energy & wholesome foods, your mind with presence and your soul/spirit/essence with aliveness and meaning.

Located in a farmland in Somerset just outside Glastonbury, our beautiful and modern stay is named The Cider Barn since the farm used to make their own cider (from the orchards surrounding the property) in this building using a beautiful old cider press. The owners of this amazing grounds  have tried to maintain as much of the historic character as possible whilst blending in a contemporary new style befitting of the 21st century. The open plan kitchen/dining/living area is ideal for socialising and the connection to the outside space through the giant sliding doors ensures that you feel truly connected to your surroundings whilst encompassed in modern luxury. The outdoor hot tub and patio area provide ample space to relax and indulge.

The Cider Barn also benefits from the use of the Sedum Spa which is located some 40 metres from the property. This includes a 12 x 5m indoor swimming pool, sauna, hot tub, 4 treatment rooms (with a wide range of treatments available), pool lounging area, gym, separate male and female changing areas.

Food will be lovingly catered by Monique Thissen, a trained chef  & yoga teacher who has done studies in Ayurveda and will prepare homely meals, organic where possible , following a seasonal rhythm and diet principles from Ayurveda.
